Deanna Mead

Deanna Mead is a Junior Viola Performance Major and Business Minor at Temple University with a thirst for the avant-garde. Deanna is interested in contemporary music as a way for teenagers and young adults to communicate across cultures, so it’s no surprise that she enjoys listening to punk, electronic, and 20th-century classical music in the time she doesn't spend practicing viola. Aside from music, Deanna enjoys journaling, creative writing, and cooking (and eating, of course) new and exotic foods. Her favorite food is Thai Red Curry, but she hopes to explore more.
