Karin J. Chipman is Chatham University's Study Abroad Coordinator. She is responsible for advising Chatham students on study and internships abroad, as well as national scholarship and fellowship opportunities including the Fulbright US Student Program. Karin was honored to be selected as a 2018 Fulbright Scholar, participating in the International Education Administrator seminar in Taiwan. Karin has traveled to many countries in Europe, South America, and Asia, as well as Australia and New Zealand. Karin has a BA in International Affairs from the University of Virginia and an MA in Organizational Leadership from Point Park University. While an undergraduate student, Karin studied at the University of Valencia in Spain. Her study abroad experience and love of travel are the motivation to help Chatham students plan their own international experiences.
