Danielle Genemore is the Assistant Director/Study Abroad Advisor at Duquesne University where she advises all students looking to study abroad. A Duquesne graduate, her first abroad experience occurred during a summer on Semester at Sea where she visited nine countries throughout the Mediterranean. It is here where she was bitten hard by the travel bug. Danielle has a B.A. in Sociology/Public Policy from Duquesne University and her M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh. During the Spring 2010 Semester at Sea voyage, she had the privilege to serve as a Resident Director circumnavigating the globe and taking pride in the community and cultures she had gotten to know. Danielle values the power of International Education and as she returns to her alma mater she looks forward to helping others have their own transformative experience abroad.
