I   learned   so   much   about   the Spanish   culture.   It   has   opened   my   eyes   to   so   many   things   in   life.   I feel   that it has prepared me to take on challenges that I usually would not think of pursuing.  I am a social work major and learning about different cultures is one of the most important aspects of my future occupation. It is very important to understand how others live.  I feel that I immersed myself in Spanish culture for the five weeks that I spent in Spain.  Living with a host family, traveling, taking courses, and interacting with Spanish culture has been the most eye-opening experience of my life.  I cannot wait to travel back to Spain in the future with family and friends to share my knowledge of Spanish culture.
