PITT HOME |FIND PEOPLE
Rebecca Sedlmeyer spent six weeks studying abroad where she absorbed the culturally rich heritage of Vienna, Austria. She found herself immersed in the crux of Austrian culture within the State Opera House, independently attending phenomenally performed operas and aesthetically pleasing ballets, in addition to visiting the numerous museums lined with invaluable works of art. Witnessing the heart of Venetian culture, Rebecca inadvertently grew to understand the deep passion Venetian citizens feel toward music and art through the pride presented in their soul-clenching performances. Various works of art are deeply interconnected to the core of the Austrian people through the trials, history, and traditions that unify the elements of their culture.
